After months of dedicated work, the project team has completed Phase 1 of the Downtown Master Plan, which includes a comprehensive analysis of existing conditions and insights from community outreach and engagement. The findings were presented to the City Council and Planning and Preservation Commission on September 16, 2024. Following the initial discussion, the Planning and Preservation Commission will continue reviewing the findings on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at 5:30 PM. A separate discussion with the City Council will be scheduled at a later date.
